Community Guidelines
Last updated: Oct 21 2026
These guidelines exist so that campaigns are honest, lawful and effective for everyone: creators, artists and audiences. They form part of our Terms and Conditions.
1. Always disclose advertising
Every post made for a campaign is paid content and must be clearly and visibly disclosed as such:
- Use each platform's branded content tool when available (for example the "Branded content" toggle on TikTok or the "Paid partnership" label on Instagram and Facebook).
- In addition, or if the tool is not available, include #ad or #paidpartnership at the start of the caption, not hidden among other hashtags.
- Do not say or imply that the content is not paid.
This rule follows the platforms' rules and the guidance of consumer protection authorities such as the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio and Brazil's CONAR.
2. Use the official sound
- Always use the official sound listed in the campaign, directly from the platform's library.
- Do not upload the song as your own sound, record it from a speaker or edit, speed up or remix it, unless the instructions allow it.
- Use the part of the song indicated in the instructions.
3. Authentic content
- Your post must be original and made by you for the campaign.
- If you give an opinion about the song, it must be honest.
- Your followers, views and engagement must be real. Buying them or using bots, paid engagement groups or fake accounts is prohibited.
- Do not use the same post for several campaigns.
4. Prohibited content
We do not accept posts that include:
- Sexual or suggestive content involving minors, or any explicit sexual content.
- Violence, weapons, illegal drugs or dangerous activities.
- Hate speech, discrimination, harassment or threats.
- False or misleading information, or impersonation.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other people's likeness without their permission.
- Any content that breaks the community guidelines of TikTok, Instagram or Facebook.
5. Keep your post live
- Your post must be public for the full hold period of 15 days from its approval.
- If you delete, archive, hide, make private or change the audio of the post before then, the payout is voided.
- We recommend keeping it live afterwards, because it helps the song and your reputation in the community.
6. Follow the instructions
- Each campaign has specific instructions: content type, part of the song, length, video idea or hashtags.
- One post per account per campaign, unless the campaign says otherwise.
- Submit as proof the direct link to your public post, from the account you registered.
7. Consequences of breaches
Depending on severity, we may reject the post, void the payout, lower your level, suspend your account or close it permanently. If a payout was obtained through fraud, we may deduct it from your balance or ask for it back.
8. Report a problem
If you see a post or campaign that breaks these guidelines, or if a rights holder wants to file a claim, write to us at fabriziojamil@gmail.com.
