Payments, Fees and Refunds

1. Creator payouts

• The payout for each campaign depends on your rate based on your followers and on the campaign type. You see it in your dashboard before you apply.
• When we approve your post, the payout is held for 15 days. If, when that period ends, the post is still live and compliant, the amount moves to your available balance.
• We may grant additional bonuses, for example for beating a view goal. Bonuses are discretionary and announced in each campaign.
• Referral commissions equal 5% of what the creators you invite are paid during their first 90 days. They are paid by the platform and are not deducted from the invited creator's payouts.

2. Withdrawals

• You can request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches $25.00.
• We pay through the methods available in your dashboard, such as PayPal, Payoneer or local transfer, depending on your country.
• We process withdrawals within up to 10 business days from the request.
• Fees charged by your payment provider or bank, and currency conversion differences, are your responsibility.
• You are responsible for your payment details being correct. If a payment fails because of incorrect details, we will retry once you correct them, but we are not liable for funds sent to details you provided.
• Before the first payout we may ask for the relevant tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN) and apply any withholding required by law.

3. Adjustments and reversals

If a payout was released in error or obtained through fraud, fake engagement or breach of the guidelines, we may deduct it from your balance, hold future payouts or ask for it back.

4. Artist deposits

• Artist campaigns are prepaid. The minimum deposit and the minimum investment per campaign are $150.00.
• When you register a deposit you will receive by email the payment options and a reference code. We confirm deposits manually, usually within up to 2 business days after we receive the payment.
• The confirmed balance is available in your account to launch campaigns. It does not earn interest.
• Secret Hit LLC issues the receipt or invoice for the service on the artist's request.

5. Platform fee

• When a campaign is launched, we deduct the campaign's total investment from your balance.
• Of that investment, the platform keeps a 30% fee for management, creator selection, post verification and payout administration. The rest is the budget to pay creators for verified posts.
• The number of posts shown when you create the campaign is an estimate. The final number depends on the rates of the creators who take part.

6. Refunds to artists

• If we do not approve your campaign, or if you cancel it before it is launched, nothing is deducted from your balance.
• When a campaign closes, the unused creator budget, together with the proportional part of the fee, returns to your balance. We make this calculation once there are no posts left pending verification or release.
• Amounts already paid or committed to creators for approved posts, and the fee on that used budget, are not refunded.
• You can ask for a refund of your available balance that is not committed to a campaign by writing to fabriziojamil@gmail.com. We will process it within up to 30 days, through the same payment method where possible, minus transaction costs charged by payment processors.
• If you start a chargeback or dispute with your bank or processor without contacting us first, we may suspend your account and campaigns while it is resolved.

7. Payment claims

If you disagree with a payout, a deduction or a balance transaction, write to fabriziojamil@gmail.com within 30 days, including the code or date of the transaction. We will review the case and reply within a reasonable time.

8. Taxes

Each user is responsible for the taxes that apply to them in their country. Secret Hit LLC will apply withholding and issue the tax forms required by law.
